To be eligible for the Delta program...

Students must be 16 years old as of June 30th
Students must be at a grade 9 level of study
Students must adhere to the admissions process

Attend one of Delta's Open Houses / Info sessions
Write assessment test to determine study level
Schedule interview with Delta Teachers to determine if Delta is the right place for you

Annual Calendar

Our program runs from September-June to allow students more time to complete their courses successfully and earn their credits.
Monthly activities/ outings build a sense of community and promote "real-world" experiences.

Being two teachers, we strive to meet the diverse needs of all our students so that no one is left out or left behind.

Varied Remediation...

Weekly small group sessions for English with in house tutor and Literacy Unlimited volunteer
Weekly small group sessions for Math (in house tutor)
In class Integration Aid to offer additional support

Collaboration with Community Organizations

Weekly sessions with the LOVE Program
Regular visits from local Police Officers, Nurses, Social Workers, Guest Speakers etc. to address essential topics that fall outside the curriculum.
