Purpose

The Technology Department understands that as we work remotely, assistance will still be needed and will be provided. Below is information about requesting assistance with technical issues and questions. Below you also find links to resources that you are already familiar with and additional resources as they become available to help you through the process of remotely assisting your students as they learn through Anywhere, Anytime Learning.

Help Desk

As always, our Help Desk System is ready and available for you should you need assistance or training. Please use this link to put in a work order. The Technology Department will be closely monitoring the Help Desk System as work orders and requests come in. Be sure to check your email for responses as we will be using that to schedule time to assist you remotely or on site, as needed.
