You are welcome to do whatever you like as long as it doesn’t cause a problem for you or anyone else in our classroom.
I will treat you with respect, so you will know how to treat me.
If you cause a problem, I will ask you to solve it.
If you can't solve the problem, or choose not to, I will do something.
What I do, will depend on the special person, and the special situation.
If you feel something is unfair, tell me, "I'm not sure that's fair," and we will talk.
WE ARE CREW, Not Passengers. -Kurt Hahn

The Research Behind the Methods:
Time Blocking: Schedule time in your day with specific tasks to be accomplished at specific times. For our purposes, this means unplugging, having no distractions, and dedicating 15-30 to accomplish the practice/check/reflect cycle.
