Jorge Antonio Deher Rachid é Consultor Tributário e Aduaneiro. Exerceu o cargo de Auditor-Fiscal da Receita Federal do Brasil por 34 anos (1986 a 2020) e, dentre outras funções na Receita Federal, foi Secretário da Receita Federal do Brasil (2003 a 2008 e 2015 a 2018) e Adido Tributário e Aduaneiro na Embaixada do Brasil em Washington-DC, EUA (2009 a 2013)

​Jorge Antônio Deher Rachid is a tax and customs consultant with a distinguished 34-year career at the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service serving from 1986 to 2020. He held the position of Tax Auditor and notably served as Secretary of the RFB during two terms: from 2003 to 2008 and from 2015 to 2018. Between 2009 and 2013, he represented Brazil as the Tax and Customs Attaché at the Brazilian Embassy in Washington, D.C., USA. Rachid holds a degree in Administration from the University Candido Mendes. He began his public service career as a municipal tax agent in Vila Velha, Espírito Santo.

Se desempeñó como Auditor-Fiscal de la Receta Federal de Brasil durante 34 años (1986-2020) y, entre otras funciones dentro del organismo, fue Secretario de la Receta Federal de Brasil (2003-2008 y 2015-2018) y Agregado Tributario y Aduanero en la Embajada de Brasil en Washington, D.C., EE.UU. (2009-2013).
