ProBX is a professional education, training and marketplace initiative founded by Michael Hwang, a business lawyer and commercial Realtor® with over 35 years of experience in buying, selling, and structuring businesses across British Columbia.
We exist to bridge the gap between real estate and business brokerage — providing practical training, ethical standards, and digital tools that raise the professionalism of this emerging field.

Education: Business Brokerage Essentials live webinar course is accredited for PDP and CPD (pending) learning. We are developing other advanced and industry-specific courses.
Mentorship: Practical, case-based training for professionals entering the field.
Marketplace: A forthcoming platform to market and manage business sales securely online.
