การประชาสัมพันธ์ อยู่ในส่วนหนึ่งของภารกิจงานธุรการในสถานศึกษา และมีความสำคัญ เป็นหน้าที่ในการบริหารที่ช่วยให้บรรลุวัตถุประสงค์ขององค์การ กำหนดปรัชญาและทำให้เกิดความเปลี่ยนแปลงภายในองค์การ เนื่องจากนักประชาสัมพันธ์จะต้องสื่อสารกันทั้งในกลุ่มภายในองค์การและภายนอกองค์การเพื่อพัฒนาความสัมพันธ์ที่ดี ซึ่งจะก่อให้เกิดความสอดคล้องกันระหว่างเป้าหมายขององค์การ และความคาดหวังของสังคม

เพื่อสร้างช่องทาง และการเชื่อมโยงเครือข่ายงานเพื่อความสะดวกในการทำงานที่ได้รับมอบหมาย เนื่องจากบางครั้ง เซอฟเวอร์ของหน่วยงานต้นสังกัดอาจปิดปรับปรุงหรือไม่สามารถใช้งานได้ จึงเป็นอีกทางเลือกที่ทำให้การกำเนินงานข้อมูลต่างๆ ตลอดจนการติดต่อ เชื่อมโยงเครือข่าย สืบค้นข้อมูลได้ง่ายและสะดวกรวดเร็ว เหมาะสำหรับการนำมาประยุกต์ใช้ให้เกิดประโยชน์ต่อการปฏิบัติงานของธุรการโรงเรียนที่มีหน้าที่รับผิดชอบงานมากกว่า 1 โรงเรียน ทั้งนี้ได้คาดหวังให้สามารถใช้เป็นเครื่องมือสารสนเทศในการสนับสนุน การติดตามผล การบริหารจัดการด้านต่างๆ ในองค์กร (Educational Administration) หรือ (Organization Management) ที่เกี่ยวข้องและเป็นประโยชน์กับงานการศึกษาในภาครัฐ ภายใต้แนวปฏิบัติตามกฏระเบียบที่ถูกต้อง รวดเรว เป็น Organizing การจัดรูปแบบหน่วยงานให้เป็นระเบียบ เป็นขั้นของการจัดตั้งหน่วยงานหรือองค์การ เพื่อดำเนินงานโดยจัดเป็นสัดส่วน มีการ Directing การอำนวยการ การดูแลให้เจ้าหน้าที่ปฏิบัติงานได้ตามแผนที่วางไว้ อาจให้มีการประเมินผลงานหรือนิเทศก์งานแก่เจ้าหน้าที่และCoordinating การประสานงานกับหน่วยงานและหน่วยอื่นๆ เพื่อช่วยให้การบริหารงานมีประสิทธิภาพ เกิดความร่วมมือในการปฏิบัติงาน
