My Texas Future (MTF) is a one-stop-shop for all Texans planning for and preparing for higher education. Texans can explore career interests, identify in-demand occupations in their region, and directly connect with institutions of higher education to achieve their goals. Launched by the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board (THECB) in 2022, this new digital platform provides resources tailored to the needs of working-age adults, college students, and high school and middle school students. MTF makes the career planning experience more personal, meaningful, and connected to students’ goals and aspirations – while rooting their decisions in practical information, like real-world earnings and regional job demand.
