The magnifying glass mystery

You and Nancy find the Museum's Director, Hannah Gruen, who shares the item taken is Sherlock Holmes's magnifying glass. Director Gruen shows you a picture of what the exhibit case looked like before the magnifying glass went missing and asks for assistance to find it.

Nancy replies, "Of course we'll help!"

While looking at the floor plan map, you notice Nancy glancing around with a worried expression. You ask what's going on.

"My backpack is gone."

Together you conduct a search. After looking through several exhibition halls, you return to the main lobby where Nancy sees the bag resting on a chair.

"That's strange," Nancy says, puzzled. "I know I had it with me in the detective exhibit."

Nancy opens the backpack and lets out a gasp. "Someone was in my bag, and they left behind a clue!"
