What we are learning:

In English our author for this half term is Emily Gravett. We will be reading a range of her texts and discussing themes and characters throughout.

In Phonics we will continue with Floppy Phonics Level 5. 

In Maths we will begin to look at multiplication and division, place value to 100, time and position and direction. 

In History we will be continue our learning about Florence Nightingale. We also look at the work of Mary Seacole. 

In Geography we will be naming and locating the 7 continents and 5 oceans. 

In Design and Technology we will be making fruity flapjacks as we explore healthy eating. 

In PE we will be learning about conditioning. 

In PSHE we will be exploring the topic 'Health protection: How can I protect myself and others in daily life?'

In Religious Education we will be exploring the topic 'How do we know that new babies are special?
