Lynn joined our team in December of 2016 and became a Member of the Presque Isle Closing Services, LLC in July of 2020.
She received her Bachelors Degree in Political Science with a Minor in Pre-Law from Lander University in Greenwood, SC. She went on to receive an Associate Degree from Greenville Technical College in Greenville, SC.
Lynn will be handling your title insurance needs, working with the buyers/borrowers, sellers, lenders, attorneys, realtors, etc. as you go through the closing process. She will handle all of the details to make your closing come together. She will be your guiding light through the entire process and is available to you if you have any questions or concerns.

SMBS, a local law firm in Erie, PA, works with PICS to answer any legal questions and provide legal services that may be needed during the real estate closing process. One of their accomplished attorneys will also be present during the closing to provide legal counsel.
