Humboldt Kolleg on
Recent advances in sustainable environment, chemical synthesis, and clean energy
December 10-13, 2025 at The Amaya Resort, Uluberia, West Bengal, India
This Humboldt Kolleg, 2025, funded by the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation, seeks to bring together researchers on a unified platform to discuss critical and relevant topics aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Addressing environmental sustainability is one of the most pressing challenges of our era, necessitating the identification of major environmental hazards that persistently pollute our ecosystems and the implementation of effective measures to mitigate them. In this context, chemical synthesis processes require significant transformation to align with sustainability targets. Furthermore, the development and global accessibility of sustainable and affordable energy sources are imperative. Achieving these goals demands collaborative efforts from researchers across diverse fields of natural sciences, including Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and Data Science. This Kolleg will serve as a platform for stakeholders to share their expertise and experiences, fostering the creation of a comprehensive roadmap for a sustainable future. The goal of this event is for networking Humboldtians from across the globe.
We look forward to meet you at The Amaya Resort!!!!
