While You Grow Toy Initiative
The "While You Grow" Pediatric Resource Program is a comprehensive community-based initiative designed to address the developmental, sensory, and health needs of children in Laurens County, SC. The program aims to provide essential resources and services, including a toy initiative, wellness screenings, sensory classes, and partnerships with local educational institutions like the Physician Assistant (PA) program and the Occupational Therapy (OT) program at Presbyterian College. The program leverages a needs assessment conducted by Dr. Courtney Addison to ensure that the services provided align with the community's specific needs.
