Hello 8th Grade!

Wow, I can't believe Easter is upon us! This month just flew by. During this short week, we have a lot to dive into! In Social Studies, you will begin recording your 1920s parodies so that you can begin recording your music videos. In Reading, you will have time to work on your utopias and in Religion, you will begin planning out your poster boards for your martyr projects. So this short week will be busy, but mostly filled with you wrapping up your projects before we head into break!

• Our WINTER UNIFORM began on MONDAY, 11/3! Please read our Uniform Policy HERE

• This year, we will be reading 3 novels which will be purchased at school. The total cost of these novels is $25. You can either pay the entirety of the $25 in cash or a check by Wednesday, 10/29, or you can follow the payment plan below:

      • $8- due Wednesday, 1/28

      • $9- due Wednesday, 2/25

• Please come to school prepared with your supplies! If anyone is having trouble finding supplies, affording them, etc., please let me know so that I can help ensure that everyone is fully equipped for a year full of learning! • Show off your Pres Pride by buying some new gear! If you are interested in purchasing any Pres Gear, click HERE! The store is open year-round!

• 8th Graders must do 3 Hours of Service by MAY! Any 8th Grader who does not meet this requirement will not be permitted to graduate! 

• All students must have an independent reading book! They can bring one from home or borrow one from me. These books must be chapter books!
