Dale and his caretakers took care of my parents at The Gardens after they were diagnosed with dementia. He and his staff were amazing! On their birthdays and wedding anniverary he allowed us to bring in a Mariachi Band. Everyone loved it!

I have to admit, I'm a picky boss. I oversaw Dale when he was teaching and I couldn't have happier with him. He was passionate, organized, and was great at connecting with his students. The most memorable thing about him to me as a teacher was his US History Lessons. He went way above and beyond and his kids loved learning from him.
