We are excited to introduce NinjaOne Ticketing, our new system for submitting and tracking technology support requests across the district.
NinjaOne will help us respond to issues more efficiently by allowing you to:

Track the status of your request in real time
Improve communication and response times from the Technology Department

Enter a clear title for your request (example: Projector not turning on).
In the email, explain:
What is not working
When the issue started
Any error messages (if applicable)
