At Premont ISD we are committed to doing all that we can to keep our students and our staff safe and healthy. The district offers rapid testing with parent permission via the Binax Test. This test will delivery a rapid result (15 minutes) via a nasal swab.

Testing is conducted from 7:30 am to 8:00 am and from 4:00 pm to 4:30 pm.

You can register your child for testing at https://register.txrapidtest.org/ or scan this QR code to register.

When you PreRegister

A QR code will be generated (with your student's name at the top of the QR code) when the test registration is successfuly completed. This QR code needs to be brought as a screenshot (photo) on your students mobile device at their scheduled time of test.

REMOTE VIRTUAL CONFERENCING

Premont ISD announces that remote conferencing will be available for students who are unable to attend school in-person because they are in quarantine as the result of being a close contact or a positive test for COVID-19.


Approved by the Texas Education Agency, remote conferencing is a mechanism by which online instruction can be provided for those who are temporarily away from campus for reasons related to COVID-19.


For students in grades 7-12 your child’s teacher will provide remote conferencing.

For students in grades 1-6 they will join our Virtual Academy teachers for remote conferencing.

For students in PK and Kinder remote conferencing will be provided by Premont ISD staff.
