How Can I Provide Access to Marketing Team?

What is Moxi?

Moxi is a suite of tools designed to help you reach your sales goals in less time.

Moxi suite has 4 tools to help you do this Moxi Present helps you design beautiful and engaging presentations.

Moxi Engage helps you stay in front of clients and keep track of your GCI goals.

Moxi Impress is a set of tools designed to provide you one click access to marketing materials for listings.

Moxi Websites are just that beautiful websites designed to help you brand yourself and an avenue to convert leads!

Why the change to Moxi?

After many years of working with the Back at You / IQ office platform, we’ve received feedback from agents that it wasn’t the easiest platform to use despite it’s robust capabilities.

Thus, we sought out a tool that had similar features but was simpler and easier to use. We want to help you save time, not waste time!

What does that mean for my contacts?

We want to make this process seamless as possible, so we’ve archived any Back at You contacts & leads within the system that were added in/before 7/29.

Back at You will be available for a limited time (11/21) for you to be able to migrate any information you need over.

If you need assistance with set-up, we will be scheduling set-up starting in September. We will be doing this in order of offices being trained, and sign-up for scheduling will become available for your office at this point.

What does that mean for my website?

If you have purchased a domain, we will work with you in your set-up to connect your domain to your new agent website.

If you have not purchased a domain, you will need to purchase a domain in order to have an agent website.

However, all agents will have an online profile on our website regardless of whether or not you have a domain.

When will I be able to sign-up for set-up of my Engage system?

You will be provided a link for scheduling by email following your training.

My info isn't correct in Moxi

To update your profile you will need to login to Mycbdesk.com and then in the top right hand corner, select your photo. After clicking on your photo, select My Profile.
