  • Applicant must have a 2.7 GPA or better. If your GPA is below 2.7, briefly explain any extenuating circumstances that may have contributed to this, along with adjustments that will be made to increase the probability of success in the future. 

  • Submit your completed scholarship applications electronically before 11:59 PM EST on Tuesday, August 15th, 2026.

• Upload a PDF of your original 500-1000 word typewritten essay answering the following 2026 Eassay  prompt:

"The Premier Foundation has spent the last 10 years creating impact in our community. How will you use your education and future career to create impact during the next 10 years? In a well-written essay of 500–750 words, describe how your educational goals, career aspirations, personal experiences, and commitment to service will help you make a meaningful difference in your community and beyond."

Your essay must be included in your uploaded PDF packet — do not type it directly into this form.
