W2 FAQ

When will I receive my W-2?

    • Employees who have not elected to receive their W-2 electronically will receive their W-2 by mail post-dated no later than January 31st, 2018.
      • The date receive you will receive your W-2 will vary depending on the postal service in your area.
    • Employees receiving their W-2 electronically will have their W-2 posted as soon as they are available in Webcenter but no later than January 31st, 2018.
    • All employees W-2's will be available on WebCenter no later than January 31st, 2018.


How do I receive my W-2 electronically?

    • Log on to your WebCenter account through the link below:

    • Select “Manage W-2s”
    • Select “Change W-2 Options”
    • Click on “Click here to receive your W-2’s electronically”


How do I access my W-2 through WebCenter?

    • Log on to your WebCenter account through the link below:

    • Select “Manage W-2s”
    • Click on the year of the W-2 you would like to print


What if I can’t remember my username or password for WebCenter?

    • Log on to your WebCenter account through the link below:

    • Click on either “Forgot Username?” or “Forgot Password?”
    • Your username/password will be emailed to you at the email address you provide.
    • Option 2: If you are still unable to log in, please call our W-2 Help Line at 888-335-6217 and one of our service reps will assist you.


How do I update my mailing address?

    • Go to your local your local branch to make sure that your mailing address is up to date prior to January 1st, 2018. You much bring a picture ID so that we may verify your identity.


When will my W-2 be reprinted if I do not have a printer and did not provide my correct mailing address?

    • W-2's will be reprinted starting February 12th, 2018.
