Phone Interview - We start with a 15 minute phone interview
Initial Interview - We then schedule a traditional in person interview.
2 Week Paid Training/Evaluation - This is a 2-week paid training and evaluation period to determine if you are a good fit for our company, and just as important, we are a good fit for you.
The 2-weeks consist of the following:
One on one 2 day training at our shop to learn our process, terminology and culture.
8 days in the field for an in depth skills and character assessment working side by side with the crew lead.
During these 2 weeks all applicants:
You will be paid a standard $20/hour
If required you will be issued a set of training hand and power tools. This tool set is to ensure you have all the basic tools needed to have a successful 2 week evaluation. At the close of the training, if hired you have the option to purchase these tools or use/buy your own.
During the 2 weeks you will be evaluate on the following

During the second week we will start required paperwork
Background check authorization form
Motor vehicle record authorization form (if employee will driving company vehicles)
Make hiring decision
If hired
New Employee Information Form
Employee will be added to our payroll system
Issues company clothing
Issued any required equipment
