While an incredible space to drop in for a visit, the garden also takes a lot of maintenance to keep it healthy and thriving. There are so many natural learning opportunities that come up in the day to day gardening process which is where the true value lies. Listed below are several of the routine tasks that students can get involved in for a longer period of time.

Once approved, we will begin working with you to start mapping out your class's gardening schedule and tasks you may be interested in.
In our meeting we will discuss the following:
Get your schedule/tasks set and added to the calendar.
What to do if you are going to miss your scheduled garden time.
How to prepare your class.
How to complete the tasks you are signed up for.
Answer any questions you may have.
It is important to prepare your class for their time in the garden. Attached are the garden norms everyone that enters the garden should follow. There are also slides that you may use to navigate what is going on in the garden at any given moment.
Once you've prepped your class enjoy the garden! Please make sure you are going out and completing your assigned tasks when scheduled so that the garden thrives and we see a good harvest!
