About Me

I am a graduate of PRCHS and have a B.S. in Biological Sciences from the University of Southern Mississippi. I am in love with all of the sciences, but Life Science is by far my favorite branch. It's the study of all living things; it's the study of plants, animals, bacteria, protists, fungi and all the things that makes them tick and gives them a purpose.

Because of this love of living things, I have many four legged babies in my family. Four dogs (Captain, Jenna, Jake and Gypsy), a cat (Delilah), three toads (Diesel, Ollie and Tank), and a Bearded Dragon (Ernie).

Earth and Space is also a branch of science that I find amazing. I love the outdoors and exploring all of the natural wonders our planet has to offer. I hope that I can share and instill my enthusiasm for science in each and every student that I teach, because learning how things change and how things work naturally helps us have a better understanding of our world.
