Mapping all 74,000-plus tracts shows what can already be presumed from the preceding small multiples: there's a clear correlation between race and ethnicity (in Census terms) and response rate.

However, looking at the project's original intent — and understanding that more data could shed light, there is a less clear correlation between response rate and funding.
