Bro. Robert Stephens served faithfully for 15 years at Metropolitan Baptist Church in Fort Worth, Texas. He served as a Sunday School and Wednesday night children’s teacher and as a deacon and church trustee.

After moving to Godley, Texas, with his family in 2015, they joined Prairie Vista Baptist Church. He served as the youth and adult Sunday School teacher. Upon the retirement of the former pastor, Bro. Lonnie Collier, in January 2021, Bro. Robert was ordained and became pastor of Prairie Vista Baptist Church

Bro. Robert married his wife Veronica in 2004, and they have one child, Fiona, who was born in 2014. His household also consists of multiple dogs, cats, goats, donkeys, and one lone llama.
