Woodlawn Wellness

Woodlawn staff is committed to supporting our families and students with social-emotional learning, help with food, bills, and housing assistance, mental health services, and behavioral supports. We stand in firm solidarity with those who are protesting relentless racial injustices. We believe that all students can learn and achieve when nurtured in a respectful environment.

Inner Coach vs. Inner Critic

Triggers and the Zones of Regulation

Cosmic Kids Yoga

Cosmic Kids Yoga is a wonderful resource for doing yoga at home with your children! You can choose a yoga story, followed by a high-energy Super Yoga (a game for kids) and then close with a guided relaxation (Peace Out). Try it with your children, you will calm and happy afterwards!

Art Projects for Anxiety

Create More Fear Less is a great resource for addressing worries, fears, and anxiety. This site offers arts and craft projects that you can do at home, and encourages children to take control of their overwhelming feelings.
