Mr. Sutton's Science Class

Welcome to my site. My name is Jon Sutton , and this year I am teaching 8th Grade Science and STEM. This is my 12th year as a professional educator. This will be my 5th year at Beaumont. Before coming to Beaumont, I taught AP Biology and Biology, as well as coached basketball. I have always loved Science and love being part of a community.

My Family

My wife, Kathryn , and I have been living in Portland since 2017. We both are originally from Oklahoma. We currently have 2 dogs, 6 chickens , 3 fish and a leopard gecko.

My Hobbies

When I am not teaching you can find me playing basketball, fishing, snowboarding or gardening.
