The Special Education Department would like to get your feedback on changing the dates of Extended School Year program from July 5th -July July 28th to June 20-July 1st and August 8-19. We believe that this would allow students to participate in both ESY and other summer programs offered by the district. Please complete this short survey.

We are hosting two trainings for parents about the transition to kindergarten process from preschool special education services to school age services. Between April 6 and the end of the school year, all schools listed below will host two or three Connect to Kindergarten events. These events are a great opportunity for your family to learn more about your neighborhood school and meet teachers, staff, and other families. COVID-19 Booster Shots for Black/African American, Asian, Latino, Pacific Islander, Native American, Slavic and Other Community Members. "We have reserved booster shot appointments for members of historically underserved communities, for the LGBTQ+ community and for people with disabilities. Our job is to support families in understanding the special education process, how to more effectively advocate, finding resources, and/or anything related to disability.
