Synergy Support
Many of you have asked for additional support and/or training in Synergy.
We’re happy to announce that OTIS (Office of Technology & Information Services) has updated their Synergy PT1001: Synergy SIS Introduction and Navigation, at PEPPER - PPS’ Professional Development site. Changes made to the presentation address RESJ Programs' needs and use.
Whether you have been using Synergy for some time, or are new to PPS’ Student information Database, please feel free to visit this training for tips and more.
PEPPER can be accessed @ My.PPS.net (username + password) > PEPPER icon.
Additionally, 1:1 support is available, as well as step-by-step instructions with screenshots for requested processes.

Q1: Please make sure to update the Google spreadsheet with student service hours. If any hours are missing, enter them directly into the spreadsheet. All service hours must be completed by December 31, 2024.

OTIS (Office of Technology & Information Services) has provided RESJ Partners their own wifi access point: Wifi Access Information
(Please note that at this time Android devices are not supported on PPS-Partner. We are working to resolve this issue)
