Safety Concern Form- Use this form to report safety issues or facilities needs. Admin and head custodian receive submission alerts via email. Safety committee meets monthly and is on the staff calendar.

Furniture Requests

If you have furniture requests. Such as, it would be great to have a new desk or bookshelf....please see the district furniture inventory. If there is something in the PPS furniture inventory that you are interested in, send Elinna, egoetz@pps.net an email with "Furniture" as the subject line. She will compile those requests and set up a delivery with facilities.
