Oregon Battle of the Books

Welcome to OBOB 2025-2026!

OBOB is a team reading competition open to any 3rd-8th grade student at our school! Students organize themselves into reading teams, made up of 3-5 students on a team, and each team is coached by a parent/guardian volunteer. 

Students read the books, practice titles, authors, and content questions with their teams, do practice battles, and then in February participate in school wide OBOB Battles. 

We will be starting the team registration in October and will have our first Parent/Guardian Coaches meeting in November. Dates will be announced shortly!
