Vision Statement: The students at Kelly Elementary  are lifelong learners who graduate with meaningful experiences and essential skills to choose from a wide variety of post-secondary options. Students have a strong community identity, as well as an understanding of the global context of their world. All students participate in a comprehensive counseling and educational program based on rigor, relevance, and relationships. Students have a strong sense of self-identify which drives them to proactively and positively impact their profession, family, and community.
