2022-2023 PPS Calendar

At Glencoe, each class gets 60/week of general music classes.  This year we are offering an additional 30 minutes to 4th and 5th grade students once a week on Mondays during the student lunch recess. This optional music time will focus on specific musical instruments for 7-9 week blocks.  It will be a sign-up only class. (No drop-ins.) Students must commit to all weeks. Some outside school practice may be required/suggested. Or first 8-week lunch recess music time is focusing on recorders. Students signed up for the class and those needing a recorder, took one home at the first class.

Kindergarten and 1st graders have music twice a week for 30-minute blocks.  

2nd-5th graders have music once a week for 60-minute blocks.
