On Wednesday and Friday's , you will be able to chat with counselors during our virtual office hours from 12:30-1:30pm.
To join our office hours go to google meet and enter code bmscounselorcorner to access one of our counseling corners. If that one is occupied with a student you can access another counselor in another google meet at bmscounselorcorner2. A counselor will have you navigate to the other google meet.

If there is more than one person talking in one google meet with a counselor, another counselor will guide you to the other google meet counselor corner, this will help facilitate maintaining confidentiality.
We currently partner with Western psychological services School-Based Program
For Schools or to self-refer: Submit our School-based Services Referral Form to initiate care or contact our Referral Coordinators at (971) 808-3643. In addition, services can be coordinated between the therapist and school personnel such as the School Counselor, Teacher, or Administration, while maintaining appropriate confidentiality.
Western's School Based Program (SBP) is committed to providing quality, professional, and consistent therapeutic services to schools, while removing any barriers for students and families by placing therapists inside of the school. School Based services are billed through OHP and most insurance plans. Western works in collaboration with the school staff and administration to develop a cohesive model of care for each of our partnering schools.
