Introduction
This Theory Department Retreat will bring together the members of the Theory Department and researchers from other Departments in the Laboratory to discuss the mission and organization of the Theory Department for the next 5-10 years. We will consider the significant changes that the fusion research effort is undergoing to devise a plan that will be effective, flexible and aligned with the Laboratory Agenda.
The Retreat will consist of a small number of short talks and plenty of time for discussion through breakout groups and plenary sessions.
