The Theory Coordinating Committee (TCC) is a group of researchers from the fusion theory and simulation community. The TCC provides a forum for the discussion of questions of interest to the community of researchers working on the theory and simulation of physical systems relevant to fusion energy. The TCC promotes dialogue among researchers, the Department of Energy (DOE) office of Fusion Energy Sciences (FES) and the private sector. It provides a voice for the community it serves on matters where a broad agreement exists, a space to discuss topics where such agreement does not exist, and a platform for the coordination of communal activities such as joint research projects aiming to achieve a performance milestone.
If you are interested in the TCC, please contact the chair to be added to the email list, or come to one of our public meetings at the APS DPP Annual Meeting or the Sherwood Fusion Theory Conference.
The next meeting will be held during the APS-DPP annual meeting. This meeting is typical held during the Monday lunch break.
The prior meeting was be held during the Sherwood Fusion Theory conference.
