優質教育基金電子學習撥款計劃
Quality Education Fund e-Learning Funding Programme
現時本校正採用混合模式學習，即以面授課堂及在家電子學習互相配合，望能藉此加強學生學習的自主性、靈活性、流動性和學習效能。就此，本校於2021/22學年開始參加由教育局推行的「優質教育基金電子學習撥款計劃—流動電腦裝置及上網支援」，並獲撥款購買流動電腦裝置供有經濟需要的學生借用。
Our school is implementing a blended mode of learning and the aim is to enhance learning independence and flexibility so that students can learn effectively. To alleviate the financial burden of students from low-income families, our school will participate in the “Quality Education Fund e-Learning Funding Programme — Provision of Mobile Computer Devices and Internet Services Support” launched by the Education Bureau, and apply for funding to purchase mobile computer devices for loan to needy students.
申請資格 Eligibility requirement
在 2022/23 學年期間，符合下列條件的學生，均可受惠於撥款計劃：
正領取社會福利署的綜合社會保障援助（綜援）；
正領取學生資助處學校書簿津貼（書簿津貼）的全額或半額資助；
經本校識別為家庭經濟能力有限的學生（如學生家庭有實際經濟困難，但基於特殊情況未有領取綜援或書簿津貼，可向本校提供說明或補充資料，讓本校按校本準則，幫助有需要的學生。）
受惠學生應在過往三年從未獲取同類政府資助，包括「關愛基金援助項目–資助清貧中小學生購買流動電腦裝置以實踐電子學習」以及本校的「優質教育基金電子學習撥款計劃—流動電腦裝置及上網支援」。
若學生曾透過以上資助獲取流動電腦裝置，在學校申請撥款計劃時，有關設備已使用了超過三年，並且無法使用或不適用於學校的新教學需要，學校才可再為該學生申請此撥款計劃，以購置合適的裝置給相關學生借用。
Eligible students are as follows:
Students who are receiving Comprehensive Social Security Assistance (CSSA) from the Social Welfare Department;
Students who are receiving full/half grant of the School Textbook Assistance Scheme (STAS) from the Student Finance Office;
Students with limited economic means identified by our School. (If students’ families face financial difficulties but are not receiving CSSA or STAS due to special circumstances, they may provide our School with explanations or supplementary information.)
Student beneficiaries should not have received similar government assistance before, including the CCF Assistance Programme - Provision of Subsidy to Needy Primary and Secondary Students for Purchasing Mobile Computer Devices to Facilitate the Practice of e-Learning.
For students who have already acquired mobile computer devices under the CCF Assistance Programme, schools could apply for the Funding Programme to purchase suitable devices for loan to them provided that their devices have been used for more than three years and are unable to operate / meet the schools’ new learning and teaching requirements.

備註 Remarks
本計劃所購買的流動電腦裝置屬本校擁有，並供本校有經濟需要的學生借用，學生須於畢業、升學或轉校而離校時交還所借用的流動電腦裝置。
學生須遵守本校借用學校平板電腦使用指引及守則，並於每個學年完結時將流動電腦裝置交還給本校作檢查及更新。
The mobile computer devices purchased under this program are owned by the school and are lent to students in financial need. Students are required to return the borrowed mobile computer devices upon their departure from the school.
Students are required to abide by the school guidelines and rules for the use of mobile computer devices and return the mobile computer devices to the school for inspection and updating at the end of each school year.
