Meal Package Options

*If you have purchased a residence hall room, your meals are already included in your package. You will not need to purchase additional meal tickets for any residence hall guests.*

The deadline to purchase or refund meal packages is Friday, May 9, 2025.

There are three different meal package options for Ashland University's all-you-can-eat style buffet:

• Meal Package A ($50): Wednesday dinner, Thursday breakfast and lunch

• Meal Package B ($30): Thursday breakfast and lunch

• Meal Package C ($15): Thursday lunch

Meal packages are pre-order only and will not be available for purchase at the State Tournament. Click here for a sample dining menu from Ashland University. Specific items will change, but it will give you an idea of what to expect. Ashland University's dining hall holds stations dedicated to dietary accommodations, such as the Salubrious station (dairy-free and gluten-free options), and other stations have gluten-free alternatives upon request. 

Note regarding Thursday, May 22 Lunch

The time-frame for lunch will be split into two sessions, individuals with lunch as part of their meal package will only be able to attend one of these sessions. Your lunch session will be assigned at the time of registration/purchase, and it will be noted on your meal ticket. You will not be able to attend lunch before your session's designated arrival time. Session 1 will be held from 12:25 to 1:10 p.m., and Session 2 will be held from 1:10 to 2:00 p.m.

In order to arrange lunch sessions, and to ensure that parents will be able to eat alongside their children and respective teams, please submit your meal ticket names and school association in the required Names for Meals Google form below. Power of the Pen will do our best to make accommodations based on availability and resources.
