Hiroshi Kawarada

After working at Hitachi, Ltd., Osaka University, and Waseda University as an assistant professor, he became a professor at Faculty of Science and Engineering, Waseda University. He had conducted research projects on diamond semiconductor devices in many national projects such as JST CREST, ALCA, A-STEP, COE Project, NEDO, e.t.c.
He has developed the current mainstream diamond field effect transistor method [Waseda University method (1994)]. Ph.D.

Tatsuya Fujishima

After working at ROHM Co., Ltd., he engaged in research on GaN (gallium nitride) semiconductor devices, semiconductor physical properties, and device/physical property evaluation at Tomás Palacios Lab., Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). He also engaged in management and business consulting at A.T. Kearney, Mitsubishi Research Institute, Inc., and Deloitte Tohmatsu Venture Support since 2013. In 2020, he joined DATAGRID Inc., an AI startup from Kyoto University as an Executive Officer and CSO. Ph.D.

Chairman

Hiroaki Ohta

After working at ROHM Co., Ltd. and Graduate School of Kyoto University as an assistant professor, he engaged in research on semiconductor materials at Shuji Nakamura Lab., University of California, Santa Barbara. He joined McKinsey & Company in 2010 and joined ACSL Co., Ltd.; a drone-related startup, in 2016. ACSL has listed in Tokyo Stock Exchange Mothers in 2018, and he was a president at that time. (Retired in March 2022 after serving as CEO and chairman).
