Dr. Donald Bitting is a recognized leader in intellectual property strategy and patent monetization, with more than two decades of experience spanning portfolio development, licensing, enforcement, and litigation management.

Before founding PowerBridge Networks, Dr. Bitting held leadership roles at Strong Force Innovation Portfolios and served as a key member of the IP strategy team at IBM, where he gained firsthand experience working within one of the most prolific and sophisticated patent operations in the world.

Throughout his career, Dr. Bitting has led enforcement campaigns against global technology companies, with a focus on wireless communications, semiconductors, networking, and secure infrastructure systems. His strategic vision combines deep technical understanding with disciplined execution — identifying untapped value in patent assets and converting that insight into high-impact outcomes.

His leadership style is grounded in precision, transparency, and partnership — with a strong emphasis on capital efficiency and results-driven enforcement.
