We have revamped the club applications for the 2026-2027 school year! There are two types of clubs:
Social Club
Social Clubs are for clubs who do not wish to fundraise or participate in school-wide functions. These clubs only will only need to submit a single sheet of basic information for approval and then submit regular attendance to remain in good standing.
Traditional Clubs
Traditional Clubs are for clubs who wish to fundraise and participate in school wide functions. Traditional clubs must have at least 10 members. Once your club is approved, a digital folder will be shared with you where you can submit your minutes.
Requirements to start or continue a Traditional Club:
Must update their club constitution yearly.
Must have a minimum of 10 members.
Must meet at least twice a month and submit their minutes for each meeting in their designated digital folder.
ALL CLUB APPLICATIONS ARE DUE ON MAY 8, 2026

For TRADITIONAL APPLICATION:
Pages 1 and 4 need to be filled out and then printed and signed by Club President and Advisor and submitted in person to ASB by the application deadline
Pages 2, 3, and 5 will be filled out and submitted to this form for submission.
For SOCIAL APPLICATION:
Fill out the application and submit to this form for submission. No additional forms need to be submitted to ASB in person.
