Final Transcript Request Forms Due by June 9, 2022
Seniors, there are two options to order your final transcript that includes Trimester 3 grades:
Order through Parchment.com (for a fee) and note “Hold For Grades” for processing time. (This will ensure that a transcript is not sent before Trimester 3 grades are processed).
Go to the Transcript page on the Poway High website where you can find instructions on how to order final senior transcripts and the Final Transcript Request Form. Please fill it out with complete addresses for the recipient(s) and the final transcript will be mailed.
All transcript request forms should be turned in to Ms. Bourget in the registrar’s office no later than 3:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 9.
