This five-day training will be held in person at the University of Cape Town, South Africa, from Monday the 17th to Friday the 21st of July.
During the course, participants can expect to gain a clear understanding of why and when a rigorous evaluation of social impact is needed, how randomised evaluations are designed in real-world settings, learn strategies to maximise policy impact and assess the generalisability of research findings, and join a community of practice with other decision-makers who can provide support in the design and use of impact evaluations.
If you have any questions, please reach out to Yanang, the Senior Education and Training Associate, at ysbossan@povertyactionlab.org.
We look forward to meeting you in Cape Town!
Note: We will continue to add materials to this site over the course of the training.
