Forms and Instructions

Three forms are required to register for and attend the training: (1) Registration Form, (2) Logistics Form, and (3) Media Release Form.

1. Registration Form - Please submit ASAP; due SEPTEMBER 16TH

Register before September 1st to receive $100 off the training fee.

2. Logistics Form - Please submit ASAP; due SEPTEMBER 30th

The basic information about your education, software skills, and work experience that you provide in this form will be used to structure the training groups.

3. Media Release form - Please submit ASAP; due SEPTEMBER 30th

We will record all training sessions and share these with participants. We may also use some of these recordings for future training purposes.
