Order Form
Orders should be submitted by the first of the month each month.
Orders will be available for pick-up starting on the first Wednesday of each month between 8:00 am and 3:00 pm in the main lobby of the Potsdam High School. For residents of Midtown and Mayfield Apartments, orders will be delivered to your community center on the second and third Tuesday of each month, respectively. To comply with the Food Bank, the P2 Food Market has altered how food amounts are distributed to clients. This points system is simple and it allocates food based on household size.
In addition to this change, we have also been required to change from a weekly delivery to a monthly delivery, where you will receive one order every month. The amount of food you receive may change based on household size, but you will still have the option to choose which foods you would like to receive.

Eat Smart With Food Nutrition Labels
Knowing how to read nutrition labels is very important! Knowing how to read nutrition labels shows us some key nutrients that impact our health. We can use the label to support our personal dietary needs – look for foods that contain more of the nutrients we want to get more of and less of the nutrients we may want to limit.
