How does a Potsalot Pottery Registry work?
Guests will come to the shop or contact us (shop@potsalot.com or 504.899.1705) and "purchase" an item or items from the registry. Gift certificates can also be purchased for the couple, to add to their order.
Guest purchases will be logged in the form of an order.
When the couple is ready, they give us the go-ahead to start on their registry purchases so all of the pieces look like a cohesive body of work. (The couple has the final say of their new collection, so if one piece was purchased twice it'll be documented as such but the couple can decide if they want a different quantity or to re-allocate the funds to another piece of their choosing.)
Guests & Gift-Givers: A card will be created for the couple for the items you chose.
It can also include a personal message.
Ex. A bread bowl was purchased for you from your registry.
