1. Fill-out Room Reservation Request (Google Forms).

2. Wait for the approval/update from LRC Admin.

3. Please check your email/contact to check the status of your room reservation.

4. Once approved, you will have to settle your room rates with the CPDMO and pay for the rates through the Cash Office. 

5. Send a soft copy of the receipt to upm-lrc@up.edu.ph or you can settle this face-to-face. 

Reminders:

• LRC rooms are only available during working days, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Room reservations during holidays and outside the working hours will be automatically declined. 

• Booking that conflicts with an already approved time slot will be automatically declined.

• Double booking of rooms is not allowed. 

• Only approved room reservations will be honored. 

• The LRC reserves the right to refuse room bookings due to no-shows, non-compliance to rules, or other priority commitments.
