This project aims to broaden participation in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) fields by providing faculty development that will emphasize culturally responsive pedagogy, that is pedagogy that requires faculty to understand how to incorporate multiple methods of instruction to  integrate students’ life experiences and backgrounds into the learning experience.
