Beginning the 2021-22 school year Windows 8 will no longer be supported. Students must upgrade to the Windows 10 Professional edition which can be done through the school at no charge prior to the end of the school year. After June 4, students will no longer be eligible for this service. All school related work should be backed up to Google Drive prior to bringing the computer in for imaging. Please complete a Help Desk ticket, helpdesk.posnackschool.org to request the upgrade.
The Safeware company will once again be providing device coverage for students whose devices are no longer under warranty. The enrollment period to participate will be May 24-June 18. Once the deadline passes you will not be eligible to participate until the following year. Families who currently have a Safeware policy MUST renew for coverage during this time. This policy helps cover most major repairs which could typically range from $350-$550 per repair. The cost of the Safeware coverage is only $91/year. The enrollment information and website will be published prior to May 24, 2021.
