Pressure Washing

We pre-treat surfaces with a chemical mixture to kill organic growth (moss, algae, lichen, mildew, etc). Once the area has been pre-treated, it is pressure washed to reveal a clean surface. Pressure washing is great for concrete, pavers and other hard surfaces.

Roof Washing

Roof washing is done through a process known as soft washing process. Soft washing is a safer and more effective way to clean a roof and allows us to effectively kill and remove dirt, mildew, algae, and other organic growths from your roof by using specially formulated cleaning agents to remove dirt and grime at low pressure.

Over 50% of roofs have these organic growths, which can reduce roof life by up to 20%. Algae alone can damage the granules that make up the shingles, causing them to curl, crack, and allowing for water to get to the underlying roof deck. Through their root systems, moss and lichen can raise shingles, which can then be torn off by the wind. Our chemical soft washing process will kill and remove these growths to reveal and clean, bright, newer-looking roof.

House Washing

We use a chemical application with our soft washing process to clean exterior surfaces such as brick, stucco, vinyl siding, and more. Our soft wash system uses a high volume, low pressure rinse to kill and remove dirt, grime, mildew, and more. The algae and mold inhibitors in our solution allow for a longer-lasting clean by delaying the reappearance of organic growths on the exterior of your home.

Fence and Deck Washing

We use a chemical application along with soft washing to clean your vinyl or wood fence to make it look like new! Softwashing is a low pressure, high volume process that will not ruin or damage the integrity of your surfaces. We also offer a wood brightening treatment for your fence or deck to revitalize and reveal newer looking wood.

Gutter Cleaning and Brightening

Our gutter cleaning service removes leaves and debris from your gutters. We will finish the service with a chemical application on the outside of the gutters to clean and brighten them.
