ALSO- there is a Ring Toss Game posted in the "Lessons for Any Age" that is fun and easy to make and good entertainment!

Hello Artists! I saw some more Community Art this weekend which is just so nice to see! I even saw some work by a Heart Bandit! And a student having fun in the sun. You are making your community, your neighbors, smile:) Thank you!
Please check under your grade level for your lesson about Book making. Keep in mind that you can do the books in every grade if you like! It doesn't matter what the format is, you can make your book as complicated and interesting as you like. Have fun everyone! And I'd love to see your books whenever you finish.
OH- AND START SAVING YOUR TOILET PAPER TUBES AND PAPER TOWEL TUBES:)

Hello Artists!
I want to thank you for giving me some exercise this weekend! I checked to see who had "turned in" their Community Art lesson" and then I looked up addresses. My dog, Augie, and I walked for 2 1/2 hours on Friday looking for drawings in windows! And then on Saturday morning, Mr. Villani and I rode bikes all around town looking for more! If you do not see your drawing here, please email me a photo and I will post it. villaa@portlandschools.org
I think it would be fun to keep this lesson going. I will check on google classrooms every Friday to see who has "turned in" their Community Art lesson and continue to walk or bike around Portland to see what I can find in windows!
Your drawings made me SO HAPPY!!!! and they made Augie and Mr. Villani smile too.
Imagine if everyone in Portland had artwork and positive messages in their windows? What a sight to see!
